From the March 2011 we have been cooking just only the breakfast and lunch.

We want our food to be abslolutely fresh, so everything is prepared the day it is served, we  do not use any convenience and all our ingredients are high quality.

Breakfest : 

"milk rice" - cooked wholegrain rice with apples,raisins, rice malt or honey, sprinkled with carob, pistachios and walnuts 300g   65,-Kč

Spelt and oats pancakes with maple syrup and sour cream 270g 75,-Kč

Tarte Tatin - clasic french tart with apples 29,-Kč

Organic apple cake made of wholegrain spelt flour with carob, (M,Veg, V) 25,-Kč

Cous-cous cake with fruit and agar-agar 29,-Kč 

Soups : 0,3 l 

Tomato soup (B,V,Veg) 45,-Kč 

Mushroom soup (cream) 45,- Kč

Garlic soup 45,-Kč

Japanese Miso soup with seaweed 65,-Kč

Miso is very rich in vitamines, it helps to solve digesting, heart and blood pressure probles, sustains skin and blood . Miso is a paste made by fementation.It contains enzymes and healthy bacteries, polysacharides, essential fat, amino acids, vitamin B12 and minerals.(M,Veg, V)

Salads:

100g Mixed green leaves salad, vinaigrette 59,-Kč

Cous cous salad with cucumber, mint, raisins and roman lettuce 85,-Kč

Deserts:

100g Hot raspberries with home made vanilla ice-cream 65,- (V,B)

250g Buckwheat pancake with sugar-free apricot marmelade and walnuts, sweetened by rice syrup 75,-  (F,B,M,D,V,Veg)

Deserts of the day :

180-200g Organic apple cake made of wholegrain flour with carob, no sugar added 25,- (F,V,Veg,D) very addictive :D

120g Cheesecake  55,-Kč (V)

 250g non-baked desert, sour cram, tangerines, bisquits and coconut 45,-Kč (V)
