What is it Bio coffee?

The ecological growth methods don’t use any industry fertilizers and pesticides. Farmers use organic fertilizers, weeds is weeded by hand. This way is effective for warfare against erosion, soil remain very good. The other thing is how the coffee grows. Bushes are planted in all of a plantation. They are not lined one by one, but they are scattered among other trees that provided them a natural shadow. These trees regulate soil moisture, prevent their dehydration and protect the coffee bushes from the full sharp sun shine. After the harvest the coffee-beans are roasted by using the traditional methods.
